So, a quick recap: Last week I went 9-6 in picking NFL games, and with a great Thanksgiving day, I am already at 3-0 heading into the meat of the Week 12 NFL schedule.

What a Game!
The Iowa High School Class 4A State Championships were tonight, with Dowling Catholic of Des Moines taking on the powerhouse squad from Iowa City High. It was an incredible game, with Dowling winning 38-31 in overtime and overcoming a 10-point defecit in the 4th quarter.

Pain
I have to work 11-7 tomorrow, so I won’t be able to watch the Hawkeyes OR the Cyclones. I’ll be relying on listener feedback and ESPN highlights once I get off work to help me though the show tomorrow night!
But if the Hawks win, all the calls in the world won’t help me feel better about missing such a huge game. Don’t let that deter you, though!
